Our Initiative – STARTIT StradIT Start IT program helps women professionals who are willing to return to join the workforce community.

STARTIT is a free resource for women returnees.

Equality, diversity and inclusion have been identified as key drivers of internal innovation and business growth. Gender diversity is the top priority in a workplace. In today’s competitive talent market, Start IT is able to identify and access a large pool of qualified women ready to return to the workforce. Our participating partners are able to leverage this untapped pool of experience, cost-effective talent in the areas of IT/Engineering, leadership, management, sales, finance, operations, marketing, HR and administration amongst others.

Our 8 weeks, paid virtual returnship provide a structured environment through which returners receive work assignments that help them reintegrate into the workforce and acclimate to StradIT ethos. Subject to performance and feedback throughout the returnship program, qualified candidates may be offered full-time employment at StradIT or our clients.

Satyam Tiwari

Bachelor’s in Engineering

Satyam Tiwari relocated to USA in 2011 after marriage. She has done bachelor’s in Engineering. According to her “Returnships are designed to retrain women who have taken career breaks for caregiving and give them an opportunity to re-enter the workforce.” She wanted to start working, was willing to learn, and was keen to undertake training to acquire new skills. The Start IT program has provided an excellent launching pad for her HR career. Satyam says-“It gives opportunities to new folks like me to start working and helps sharpen soft skills. Its positive and motivational environment supports a successful transition from a stay-at-home mom to a working mom. It's a fantastic place to work since it fosters a culture of learning and growth. StartIT has a great culture – friendly, supportive, fun, and diverse are just a few words to describe it”.

Sneha Pandit Kandale

Sneha is another returnee who has joined the Return ship program at StartIT . According to Sneha, “the Returnship let me re-explore myself to another stream I had always wanted. It has given me a second chance to prove myself. The best part of this program is that it is home-based. You can learn /work and still be available for my family, this program allows me to stand as a strong, independent woman. This being a women-based business company is giving opportunities to women who are looking for a second chance. It understands that we as women can balance both careers simultaneously. Thank you is a small word for StradIT, but still Thank you.”
